THE DETAILS

A detailed anatomical spine runs down the front of Pilates Spine™, drawn in fine lines with soft contrast shading. We designed it at Blossombless.co for Pilates instructors, movement nerds, and anyone who has spent a class thinking about one vertebra at a time. It works for teaching, for the walk to the studio, and for the rest of the day off the mat.

THE BUILD

• Bella+Canvas 4711 oversized fleece crewneck in 60% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton / 40% polyester (Athletic Heather: 94% cotton / 6% polyester), 10 oz/yd².
• Brushed fleece interior for warmth during cool-downs and chilly studio mornings.
• Dropped shoulders and a boxy, side-seamed cut that layers easily over a tank or sports bra.
• Direct-to-garment print: the ink goes into the fabric surface rather than sitting on top as a heavy film.
• Fine-line illustration with shadow detail that reads clearly from across a room.

GOOD TO KNOW

Will it hold its shape after washing?
The polyester in the blend helps it keep its shape and limits shrinkage. Wash cold and tumble dry low for the best results.

How well does the spine print last?
The print is part of the fabric surface, so it bends with the sweatshirt instead of peeling like a heavy transfer. Washing cold and inside out keeps the fine detail crisp longest.

Does it run big?
Yes, on purpose. Order your usual size for the oversized fit, or go one size down for a closer fit.

Care Instructions: Machine wash cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the design.
