Every Blossombless.co™ piece is cut, printed, and finished to order — not pulled from a shelf. That's what lets us hold the line on quality, and it's also why our return policy works differently than a mass-retail store. Here's exactly how it works.
1. What This Policy Covers
We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. This is not a general return window — it exists specifically to correct a production or shipping issue on our end.
2. What This Policy Does Not Cover
Because every order is made specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing preference, or color preference. We know that's a stricter standard than a big-box retailer — it's the tradeoff for a garment that isn't sitting in a warehouse waiting to be bought by someone else. We'd rather be upfront about that before you order than after.

3. The Keep & Replace™ Protocol
For approved defect, damage, or misprint claims, we don't ask you to ship anything back.
- No return shipping required: once your claim is approved, keep the original item — there's nothing to mail back.
- No restocking cost: approved replacements or refunds carry no additional fee.
- Your choice: a fresh reprint of the same item, or a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Filing a Claim
Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll take it from there.

- What to send: clear photos of the issue — the full garment, the size tag, and a close-up of the defect or misprint.
- Turnaround: claims are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days of receiving your photos.
5. Lost or Delayed in Transit
If tracking shows your order lost, or delivery falls well outside the standard 5–9 business day window, let us know within 30 days and we'll get a replacement into production right away.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, or Google Pay. Once processed on our end, timing to appear in your account depends on your bank's own processing cycle.
