1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item or print), you're entitled to a free replacement or a full refund. No need to return the item—just submit a claim within 30 days of delivery. You may be asked to provide photos as proof.

 

2. Customer Changed Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

If you change your mind—whether it’s a wrong size, color, or simply a change of heart—these are not covered under our returns policy. Since each item is custom-made per order, we can’t accept returns for such reasons. However, if you'd still like a replacement, you may place a new order at your own cost.

 

3. Processing Returns & Inventory

If a return does occur (e.g., shipping failure, bad address), you'll receive an email notification. Returned items may be held for a limited time (e.g., 30 days) before being donated if not claimed.

 

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

5. Lost in Transit

All orders include tracking. If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, please notify us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate the issue, and if the package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
