This store is operated by Blossom Bless LLC, doing business as Blossombless.co. By accessing this website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms of Use

By accessing our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have authorized legal guardian consent. You agree not to use our products or website for any unauthorized, unlawful, or illegal purpose.

2. Online Store & Payment

Our store is hosted securely by Shopify Inc. Payments are encrypted and processed via Shopify Payments, which accepts all major credit and debit cards.

3. Orders, Production & Fulfillment

• All garments are made-to-order.
• We ship within the United States only.
• Production and fulfillment typically take 2–5 business days, and domestic shipping typically takes 3–4 business days.
• These are estimates based on our standard production and carrier times, not fixed delivery dates. If an order will be delayed significantly beyond the estimate shown on your order confirmation, we'll contact you, and you may choose to wait or cancel the order for a full refund.
• Shipping is free, managed under our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Product details and prices are reviewed carefully, but errors occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct an error and to cancel and fully refund an affected order before it enters production.
• We reserve the right to limit or decline orders flagged for suspected fraud.

4. Returns & Refunds

• We don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing preference, or color preference.
• Items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted are covered for 21 days from delivery under our Keep & Replace™ Protocol: send us photos, keep the original item, and we produce and ship a replacement at no cost to you. Each claim is reviewed against the photos submitted, and we confirm the outcome by email.
• Cash refunds are issued in two cases: an order that doesn't arrive because it was lost in transit (reported within 21 days of the estimated delivery date), and cancellation of an order before it enters production.
• Once a carrier marks a package delivered, an automatic reprint isn't something we're able to offer. We'll open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
• If a package is returned to our facility because the shipping address was incomplete or incorrect, reshipping costs apply and are the customer's responsibility.

5. Accuracy of Content

We take care to present accurate product information and imagery. However, screen displays can vary slightly in color. We are not liable for minor typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.

6. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our site uses third-party tools and tracking services (such as shipping carriers and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or policies of third-party services. Please review their terms independently.

7. Feedback & Submissions

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or on incidental or consequential damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Blossom Bless LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection law of the state in which you reside.
