However, if your apparel arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are fully eligible for a free replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping & Tracking
When will my custom order arrive?
Every piece is crafted intentionally upon order. Custom fulfillment and printing usually require 2–5 business days. Once ready, premium domestic shipping within the contiguous United States takes an additional 3–6 business days. Most orders arrive beautifully at your doorstep within 5–11 business days from purchase.
Shipping is entirely 100% free on all continuous U.S. orders, and there are absolutely no hidden fees at checkout.
How can I track my package live?
The exact moment your order is finished and leaves our U.S. fulfillment facility, you will receive an automated shipping notification email containing your tracking link. You can utilize this link anytime to check your shipment's route and updated transit status.

Do you deliver worldwide or to U.S. territories?
Currently, we strictly deliver within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time.

Because production and custom formatting begin shortly after an order is placed to ensure timely delivery, cancellations are not guaranteed.
