Scope of This Statement

This statement applies to the Blossombless.co website, operated by Blossombless LLC, including all pages, product listings, and the checkout process hosted on this domain. It does not extend to third-party platforms we link to or operate on — including our Instagram and Facebook pages, or any payment processor's own hosted pages — as we don't control the accessibility of those external properties.

Our Commitment

Blossombless LLC, doing business as Blossombless.co, is guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as the standard we're building toward. This is an ongoing effort rather than a finished state — we don't consider the site fully conformant today, and we're not going to claim otherwise.

Accessibility review isn't a one-time project for us. We treat it as a recurring part of how we maintain this site, with periodic re-checks rather than a single pass we consider "done."

Where We Are Right Now

Blossombless.co is built on Shopify's platform, which provides a baseline of accessibility support out of the box. We're actively reviewing the site against WCAG 2.2 AA and correcting issues as we find them — things like image alt text, color contrast, and keyboard navigation.

Some features on this site — including product reviews — are powered by third-party applications. We work to keep these accessible where we can, but we don't have full control over how these third-party tools are built, and some accessibility characteristics of that embedded content may be outside our direct control.

We intend to engage an independent, third-party accessibility review in the near term to formally audit the site and guide further remediation. We'll update this page once that's underway, rather than describing it before it's real.

Compatibility

The site is built to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and is intended to function with common assistive technologies such as screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS) and mobile accessibility tools. Older browsers or operating system versions may not display the site as intended.
