We offer a comprehensive 30-day satisfaction window from the date of delivery. If you are not entirely satisfied with the fit, color, or style of your premium piece, you are fully entitled to request an exchange or return.
2. RETURN FEES & METHOD ($0.00 RESTOCKING)
To deliver a hassle-free luxury experience, we operate a strict Keep & Replace™ Protocol for verified structural adjustments:
- No Restocking Fees: We charge $0.00 for return processing.

3. VERIFICATION & ELIGIBILITY FOR PREMIUM ADJUSTMENTS

- Required Documentation: You must provide clear, high-resolution photographs of the received item showing the overall garment layout, size tags, and color formatting.
- Condition: For buyer's remorse, size, or color exchanges to be approved for a complimentary replacement sequence, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original premium delivered state.
4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR PRODUCTION ANOMALIES
If your luxury streetwear arrives defective, damaged during transit, or features an incorrect printed artwork arrangement due to a manufacturing error:
- 100% Covered: You are entitled to an immediate premium replacement sequence or a complete refund to your original payment method at zero added cost.
5. LOST IN TRANSIT & LOGISTICS
If a failed delivery occurs due to carrier errors or package loss verified via live tracking coordinates, notify our desk within 30 days. We will dispatch a brand-new custom replacement immediately.
6. VERIFIED REFUND TRANSMISSION
Approved refunds are systematically returned directly to the exact source payment method utilized during purchase (processed securely through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, or Google Pay). Please safely allow a few standard business days for financial institutions to reflect the credit parameters inside your account balance.
