Big sunglasses, a classic bomber jacket and loose watercolor washes: The Modern Muse™ captures the kind of city look that only seems thrown together. It's part of the Muse collection at Blossombless.co, made for anyone who knows a good outfit takes a little thought. Wear it to brunch, a gallery opening, or a long weekend walk downtown.
THE BUILD
- • Comfort Colors® 1717, a heavyweight tee in 100% ring-spun cotton at 6.1 oz/yd², with real body to it.
- • Garment-dyed for a broken-in softness right away; each shirt's color shifts slightly from the next.
- • Relaxed fit with twill-taped shoulders and double-needle seams.
- • DTG printed, so the colors soak into the surface of the cotton rather than resting on it as a stiff coating.
- • Soft watercolor edges on the sunglasses and bomber give the artwork a painted, layered look.
GOOD TO KNOW
Does it shrink much in the wash?
Very little. The 1717 is washed as part of garment dyeing, so most of the shrinking happens before it gets to you.
Will the watercolor colors fade or crack?
Every print softens over time, but DTG ink has no heavy layer to break apart. Turn it inside out and wash cold to keep the colors bright longer.
What size gets me the oversized look?
Order your normal size for a relaxed fit, or size up one for something boxier and roomier.
Tuck it into wide-leg trousers, or throw a jacket over it when the evening cools off.
Care Instructions: Machine wash cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the design.
