A small thank-you to the people who run toward trouble. Fire Rescue Legend™ Comfort Colors® Crewneck, designed at Blossombless.co, features a cheerful cartoon character in a classic red firefighter's helmet. It's a warm pick for firefighters, first responders, and the families who wait up for them.
THE BUILD
- • Comfort Colors® 1466 lightweight fleece crewneck, 100% ring-spun cotton at 6.4 oz/yd².
- • Garment-dyed for a soft hand from the first wear, with natural color variation from piece to piece.
- • Lighter than a standard sweatshirt, so it's comfortable around the station, at home, or layered under a jacket.
- • Direct-to-garment print: the ink goes into the fabric surface, not on top of it as a thick layer.
- • The red helmet is the brightest note in the artwork and draws the eye right to it.
GOOD TO KNOW
Will it hold up to frequent washing?
Shrinkage is minimal because the crewneck is washed during garment dyeing. Washing cold and drying low keeps the fit consistent even with regular laundry days.
Is the helmet artwork going to crack?
DTG ink sits within the fabric, so it doesn't crack like a stiff transfer. Inside-out, cold washes keep that red looking bright the longest.
How does it fit?
True to size. Size up one if you want a roomier, oversized look.
For days off, family dinners at the firehouse, and early mornings after a long shift.
Care Instructions: Machine wash cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the design.
